Lindsay Brooke Davis is a highly trained movement artist and gifted teacher whose work is rooted in elite athleticism, dance, and performance-driven physical storytelling.
With a background spanning competitive athletics, Lindsay developed a powerful physical foundation early on, earning All-State honors and an All-American nomination in soccer before competing for two seasons in Division I Women’s Soccer at Cornell.
Alongside her athletic career, she trained extensively in jazz, tap, and ballet, as well as gymnastics—cultivating the strength, precision, and body awareness that now inform her work as a performer. She later expanded into choreography, bringing a strong sense of musicality and storytelling to both stage and screen.
For over a decade, Lindsay has worked at an elite level within the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor at Equinox, where she is known for her commanding presence, musicality, and ability to lead and inspire at the highest level. She has been featured in branded experiences and collaborations with Adidas and Sweaty Betty, and has appeared on camera as a trainer for Bowflex, as well as in athleisure campaigns.
An avid yogi and choreographer, Lindsay brings refined physical intelligence, strength, and control to her work. Her movement background directly supports her acting, allowing her to execute roles requiring athleticism, precision, and fully embodied physical storytelling on camera.
